Words fail me.
"I just hope they went to a homeless person, and I hope they keep them warm."
Even after all that, after saving someone's life, the bloke's still thinking of the well-being of others. Incredibly humbling.
What a man.
Despicable low-life thieving scum
Typical Daily Mail knee jerk reaction.
Obviously anyone "stealing" second hand clothes is desperate..........they are hardly going to get rich by doing it 🙄
So why not take some old clothes which have been left abandoned by the side of the road ?
Why do you insist on upsetting people all the time? 😥
I bet it was you. That's the sort of mean and nasty thing you'd do.
that is proper low, as is stealing from the homeless.
Actually, thinking about it, Ernie might have a point, as the person who took the clothes may not have realised their owner was in fact in the River saving someone's life. And it's a good chance it was another desperate soul. So, I accept the Daily Mail Knee-Jerk reaction comment. 😳
Poor bloke though; he's got bugger all as it is, and the jumper had sentimental value to him.
"My jumper was a present from my brother - it was the first ever present he gave me, so it was quite sentimental," he said.
Jeeze. It's just a jumper to anyone else, and it might seem a trivial thing, but when you're in that sort of position, maybe it's something you'd treasure.
Poor bloke. I hope he gets well sorted out, he deserves it. To jump into the River to rescue someone, speshly this time of year, is an incredibly brave and selfless thing to do. Adan is a true hero.
