[Closed] cyclist allegedly shot by firefighter

Diez pulled a gun and opened fire, hitting the victim in his bicycle helmet, according to police.
They said the bullet penetrated the outer lining of the helmet but did not actually hit the victim's head.

I hereby take back everything I have ever said against bike helmets. 😯

IF TAHT 3 YEAR OLD HAD BEEN ARMED LIKE ALL GUD AMERICAN HE COULD HAVE RETURNET FIRE! THIS IS THE DEMOCRATS FAULD.

Those of you who scoff at rotational injuries have a look at this:
