It's been a few years since I last applied for a job so wanted to see what others would do. There is a vacancy at the management level above me at my current employer and although it is only advertised internally a cv is requested for the application for interview. My question is how detailed would you make your cv in this situation. I have worked for them for 15 years so they have a record of my qualifications, previous job positions, education etc. Should I still include all that?
If there are any HR people on here with some insight that would be a big help.
cheers,
