stw.com? I'm sure lots of people could live without tax-exempt clients such as pensions, foundations and endowments; and taxable clients, including family wealth, insurance companies, nuclear decommissioning trusts and settlement trusts. But why?

My girlfriend and coworkers would just have to put up with an awful lot more tedious bike chat and over-excited stories about camping trips.

Oh, and I probably wouldn't bother carrying a camera on my rides any more as this is the only place where people are at all interested in mediocre quality pictures of yet another path through a glen... 😕

it would be a blessing I'd be far more productive without it.

This site is so slow at the moment I think they are trying to make us live without it.

If you think you'd struggle through life without a website to help make your decisions then you have a problem.

I managed around 30 years of life without the internet, bought cars, bikes, houses, got jobs, had fun, made a baby, all without the help of the internet.

I'm working my way up to a ban, I'll be more productive and won't have to listen to ****s spouting their political beliefs.

That was ****S!

It began with a T anyway.

I may have to actually meet Hora in person in order to abuse him. What a simply frightful thought

Without STW.com, I'd actually get around to reading Singletrack Magazine.
Instead of browsing through here at lunchtimes I would read the mags and they wouldn't have to wait for a time-slot in the lav to be read.

Yes of course I could, it would just be slightly less entertaining.

I've spent a reasonable amount of time over the last few days considering deleting my membership actually, as it's nowhere near as much fun as it used to be.

So yup, I could and probably will live without it very soon.I would probably carry on exactly as normal, but without all the aspirational one-upmanship "my hollow ground Kobi kitchen knives cost twenty five times what yours did" type cr*p, the middle class whinging and paranoia and arguments involving bad/poorly remembered cse science being regurgitated or will Gordon?/ won't Gordon?

In fact, the more i think about the more I realize it's just dull, I might go and delete myself now.

Bye now:)

Some would really struggle with such tasks as finding a shop that sells soap.

I'd ride less or the same and spend less.

So life would be much, much worse.

jah- it's only as bad as you let it. Ignore the shite, it's always been there just in smaller, easily ignorable quantities.

Write letters to the editor, get flamed the next month, respond the following month. Gosh, life was more exciting back then.... 🙂
