Stayed in the B&B hear a long time ago and noticed that they were converting the barn with a hot tub. Bit remote but maybe worth looking at:

Anns Hill in Cockermouth.

It's been a few years but last time I was there it was only the lodge that had a hot tub. Not cheap, but really well appointed and they know how to look after you and make you feel welcome.

Kippford holiday park? Dalbeattie is literally across the road. http://www.kippfordholidaypark.co.uk/holiday-accommodation/lodges/norwegian-lodges/3-bedroom-holiday-lodge

Brilliant pub about 15-20 minutes walk away. http://www.anchorhotelkippford.co.uk/

Marthroun of Mabie? Wood fired hot tub and sauna, up a hill in the middle of a trail centre.

Marthrown of Mabie is a good shout. Great place, and as said a trail centre on the doorstep.
