I'm handing over a project to a colleague. I need to send her all my project emails. All my received emails are filed in a single MS Outlook folder. The emails I sent are all in my sent folder, but not sorted any further than that.

I've noticed that if I use the Outlook Web App (as opposed to the desktop version) that the relevent sent emails are also included in the project folder.

What is the best way to transfer a batch of emails? Ideadlly I would like to send my colleague both the received emails and the sent emails.
Many thanks

pst file is a simple (standard) solution.

OWA groups emails in 'conversation style' (which I hate as it goes) though it doesn't really change where the emails sit (eg which folder)

I can group emails using Conversation style on the desktop too.

Presumably I can then use the .PST file method on the project folder to copy both the sent and received emails?
