After going self employed because I have been so stressed at work, I am now stressed out worrying about the whole thing. Gets on top of me the whole time as I worry about jobs that are outside my comfort zone of experience all the time. Because I worry all the time I don't sleep a lot and feel kak the next day. Anyone else been through this and advise on how they dealt with it.

This was a big help, not just for work stuff.

http://www.fourhourworkweek.com/blog/2009/04/13/stoicism-101-a-practical-guide-for-entrepreneurs/

But essentially, the worst that could happen rarely does, and the random things beyond your control are rarely either.

Only get stressed/affected by the things you have influence over. It took me a while to learn this lesson.

Get a job as a trolley boy, or road sweeper, no streess, bsolutely no respect from the public, but outdoors and you have time to think.

Oh how i wish i could get a job with them.

I was diagnosed with stress this week. Didn't want drugs. Doctor gave me a bunch of self-help avenues and basically told me to chill-TFU.

Don't forget to reward yourself OP.

Stop working 1 hr before bedtime and relax.

Unwind 3 times a week with a 30 min bike ride min.

Laugh once a day - youtube video something funny?

Eat plenty of protein.

You are not alone OP!

My advise to you is go and learn the skills your missing or factor them into your costings
and let someone else do that particular job.
