Homepage is google,it brings up the results but when i click on the result i want to go to it brings it up in again but in yahoo.In preferences the homepage is set as google so why is there a secondary search engine.Thanks in advance Ben

Check for malware? Something might be spoofing what you think is your Google page and sending you somewhere else instead

Sounds like you have installed some tool with added malware or similar.
