confused.... You mean internet explorer will not remember your username and passwords. Or do you loose all your data every time you logon?

i dont know whats casing it but a possible reason that its not remebering could be because when you exit the programs or shutdown they are not properly exiting and closing down and saving your settings.

A possible cause could be software coruption, sometimes doing windows update downloding latest fixes etc can fix this.

or possibly you have spyware screwing with your system.

If you are talking about Internet Explorer it will be to do with settings under the tools menu. You will have the browsing history set to be deleted on browser shutdown. This will remove any cookies loaded from websites + hence not have sites remember passwords, usernames etc.

I've seen a similar issue that was caused by an anti-virus software setting
Maybe worth disabling it to see if that's the cause?

Sounds like it's doing a system restore every time you reboot.

Try turning off system restore and rebooting.

You can always turn it back on again.
