[Closed] Columbo-esque shennanigans

I just sold an item on ebay. Bloke pays by pay pal comes to pick it up, next door neighbour in garden taking pics of whatever but gets one of bloke leaving with item. bloke leaves happy with his new item. Meanwhile paypal have put the payment on hold pending feedback from buyer. No probs thinks i, he'll leave feedback when he gets home. Wrong. No feedback. Ebay recommend contacting bloke to leave feedback, this i do by phone and email several times thru the course of the day, to no avail. I'm none too impressed by this and im telling the neighbour when he mentions he got the pic of bloke leaving with item. Now if the bloke leaves negative feedback im screwed as far as getting payment cleared is concerned. This is a worst case scenario and im sure it wont happen but if it does should i point out i've got a pic of him leaving with the item?? Is it legal?? Morally right??
