I expect the female population will be along shortly to say you're wrong.

Hardly worth a burst vein. There is much worse than him; Hugh Grant for example, ok maybe not the worst, more like just as terrible. Still not worth a chewed lip.

What is it that upsets you about the wealthy and successful actor who is fancied by a large % of females?

Absolutely.

And in a parallel kind of way George Clooney is superb in The American.

loddrick's a scouser. They dislike anyone wealthy and successful Comes from the fact that anyone form Liverpool who is wealthy and successful immediately heads for the exit.

Why would you care so much that you had to tell us this? He's not even a mountain biker. ❓

I have it on good authority that Colin doesn't have a particularly high opinion of Loddrick either.

He was excellent in A Single Man

While the part required a particularly understated performance, his afforts were let down by (a) a weak script and (b) the film being over-styled throighout (Tom Ford's fault).

IMO it looked good but, scratch the surface, there wasn't much beneath it.

Yours and not many others.

It was supposed to be a highly stylised film FFS. If you're struggling to get to grips with it, Avatar is out on DVD.

I am capable of discerning between stylised and lacking in content, and stylised and having some depth to it.

I don't doubt it's a beatiful visual experience (which it was), but the content - for me - just wasn't there.

Like I said, IMO. And I'm happy to swim against any tide.

You thinking of Phonebooth? If so, he wasn't in that one.

A decent guy with integrity - to stand up and say he no longer supports the LibDems because of their dishonest 2 faced behaviour.

It makes a change to see an attitude like his among so many morally empty, ethic free public figures. I wish there were more with his integrity.

Evidently not.

You're obviously more concerned about:
