It's certainly Cold outside at the moment, so yes I'd call that a war.
war creates massive opportunities to thin out the population, to re idustrialise the buisness world, to create huge profits for armaments companies and food companies as they rush to produce items to be stockpiled, then there will be all the rebuilding and redeployment of the workers .
