That's only about 10 cups per week.

We use all of one of [url= http://www.inmymug.com ]these[/url] each week and I'll usually roast about an additional 500g-750g per month.

Around a 227g bag a week, thats one mug every week day and perhaps two a day at the weekend.

Haven't really counted but suspect we go through more than that. My wife needs a lot of coffee to get her moving in the morning!

250g a week - mostly work, occasional cup at home on weekends. Just me.

at home - 200 grams a week in the bean to cup

at work 200 grams every 2 weeks.

(thats not 300 grams a week.... i live at work when im working i just drink less coffee 🙁 )

we (2 of us) are getting through 1kg for the espresso machine (we buy other stuff for the Moka pot and cafetiere) every 3 weeks is this normal

Depends how much coffee you're drinking. 8-10g for a single expresso shot

Two of us go through a kg in around a month

I have perhaps 3 coffees a day (sometimes more) so with that in mind it's 14g a shot, 42g per day, 300g per week. I generally buy 500g of beans a week as i grind what's left over for a mate that i visit every weekend.

1.5 kg a month of beans at home and about 750g of ground coffee from Sainsbury's (every day blend) per month. I'm not an addict I can give up any time I want. That's just me at home and two to three at work.
