What a joke. I mean what an absolute ****in joke.

Expexting two parcels which were ordered last Sunday for "next day delivery". Was in no way expecting them next day with the back log but kept a keen eye on the online tracker. No attempt has been made all week to deliver so I chose to collect them today. After an hour of mincing around I left with one package. The other had been "sent down the line and loaded onto the van for Monday". When Mondays van was searched I wad told it's not on there.!
