I hate that ****in song, used to get it on the afternoon show and so they just transferred it to the morning? I listen to Absolute in the morning for my light entertainment.

In the morning I listen to my kids arguing and the mrs telling them off.

When I get to work I enjoy the sound of the voices in my head.

I enjoyed Chris Evans in the afternoon, but can't be doing with him at all in the mornings on R2. I did like him when he was on R1 breakfasts back when I was a kid though. And Richard Allinson should get back to making bread.

This morning he played the B52s and Dexys Midnight Runners after each other. Whats not to like?

Oh I wouldn't go that far I find Shaun "I should have been Peter Kay" Keaveney just as irritating as Evans. I believe its a universal trait of most radio dj's unfortunately.

If you're aged 25-30, with an IQ over 10 and with any appreciation of decent music there's fack all radio worth listening to before 7pm.

gilchrist222 - well that ain't true as Chris O'Connell on Absolute is OK for music though he can be a bit smug at times.

If my car radio comes on in the morning - there is NEVER music playing, radio 1 or 2.
It's all about the twunts who think they are comedians, ever since Steve Wright and his "posse" wrecked radio for anyone who actually likes music.

CDs or recordings of R1 late shows for me.

It's on the real radio if near London - well FM but maybe AM elsewhere.

I can cope with Shaun Keaveney on 6Music. He doesn't actively annoy me, although I could always do with less talking. The Today Programme sets me up very badly for the day. I get to work already angry, which doesn't usually set in until about 10:30am otherwise. 🙂

I really like waking up to Chris Evans- it really sets me up for the day!

I like the chris evans show. I normally listen from between 7 and 7.25 while having breakfast. really sets my day up. for the first 2 hours at work i'm far too cheerful.
better than that silly bint who was on at the same time before - Sarah Kennedy.
and also better than R1 with moyles.

Radio 4 all the time apart from 9am Fridays when it's desert frigging island frigging discs or 7pm daily when it's the bastard Archers 🙁

EDIT: Must get that DAB installed in the car, or better still get my phone hooked up to internet radio.
