My sister reversed into the garage last night, She caught the pebble dash so scratched the bumper. The Car's only 4 months old so she'd like to get it done.
Has anyone used Chips Away? Did they do a good job?

Yep used them on a number of times... think they are excellent.
More for the fact they come to you more than anything else... but work has been good and service has been great too.... don't know how they compair cost wise compaired to a local coachworks? But I've been happy with the price due to convenience mentioned above
Bear in mind they are a franchise so maybe we have been lucky with the two different chaps we have used

Used chips away once on a small pin prick dent and paint chip in a drivers door on a metallic blue car. I didn't pay them as the colour match was terrible, and I had to have the door (and half the car, to blend in) resprayed as a result.
As has been said they're a franchise, so I may have been unlucky. If it's a solid colour, I would give them a go.
