Anyone know if one working parent can stay on childcare vouchers whilst the other switches to tax-free childcare (when it starts to be offered)? I know one or the other should be better but the new NHS average salary pension scheme means that taking childcare vouchers (salary sacrifice) also means accruing less pension.
