And I know we should all be using notepad blahblahblah but I'm asking if anyone has any recommendations on a visual/WYSIWYG type thing. That's not $400 like Dreamweaver.

I'll admit I still DO it (almost), but that's because what I write is a mashup of HTML,Javascript,PHP,SQL,CSS,XML & XSL...

I think microsoft do free asp.net version - called Visual Web Developer 2005 Express. Might be more than you need though and I'm not sure how good it is.
It can be used for just making HTML files.
