Yes I am aware of this - I just don't see where it fits with the discussion! There are specific rules regarding closing doors and departures from stations.
Don't confuse lack of comment and defacto agreement.Glad you agree with the rest of what i typed.

Where's the beef? 😆
Was that Alan Pollock farting?
this thread has decended into name-calling and hair pulling
I've tried to read this thread, but its so full of s+%t its unbelievable !!. All that needs to be said is that if the big man needs help with legal costs I'll be sending a cheque.
The rest of you....... well crawl back under your stones.
like an assault charge is something to worry about
An assault charge is something to worry about, as a conviction for assault can cause numerous problems for a person in terms of their career especially. Such a thing can prevent you from working with kids or vulnerable adults, and go against you for a whole plethora of other jobs. Not something you want on your CV...

You're not wrong!
You're just on the sympathy vote because you were a little chav * in your youth too. In fact you're still a chav * in your old age.
Oh dear. I think somebody's not a Happy Bunny. 😆
'Chav' LOL!
Now, where's me fake Burberry....
Hippo is fantastic 🙂

'Big man' video: No charges over passenger thrown off train
my day keeps getting better. good news that 🙂
Good. Common sense prevails.
GIRFU all those that thought he should be charged
TFFT
The Crown Office said it was not in the public interest to prosecute the pair.
which is what i predicted / suggested would be a reasonable outcome. Not that no assault took place.
Result!
However, the Crown Office now has no plans to proceed in either case.Last week the train conductor who featured in a video returned to work.
It is understood Alan Mitchell, 63, had been on sick leave.
His employer First ScotRail would only say that Mr Mitchell had been on leave since the incident.
So both get off and the conductor demonstartes hes not fit to do his job. Winners all round.

But Isn't it a crying shame that in this country a 63 yr old employee has to (try and) put up with gobshoites?
put up with gobshoites?
maybe if a few more of them were sent your way essel, eh? 😉
maybe if a few more of them were sent your way essel, eh?
Send the little scrote away for a while and let him think about the error of his ways.
Think about it essel.
Scrote doesn't pay and gets away with it, green light for others to do the same. Lose!
Big man is investigated costing money and putting others off from stepping in when anti social behavior is seen. Double lose.
63 yr old Mr Mtchell has a month or so on [s]holiday[/s] the sick and who pays? Lose.
Wan hunnerd!
