Does anyone else have this experience with mutts, it's kinda fascinating how they pick and choose stuff to carry about. There's definitely some sort of hierarchy in dog weaponry going on.
More experience of 'stinky stuff to roll in' top trumps (that's the dog rolling in it not me!). There's a clear hierachy:
dried sheep shit ...
fresh cow pats ...
ripe fox poo ... (getting really stinky now)
but best of all - rotten salmon carcass ... tops anything else 🙂

ripe fox poo, I dunno how she finds it, that's like an 80's arcade of joy for this dog, proper stinky. I'm looking after my parents place (and dog) in Penrhyn Bay.
