If anyone could help or ideas you would be amazing.

trying to find a venue ie a camping barn to hire for the weekend.
needs are:

camping barn
showers
possible small kitchen area
allow us to bring and have our own BBQ
allows out door fire ie fire pit
Middle of no where ideal
25 people max
cheap as possible nothing fancy

people in the group are based from Bristol across to warrickshire. so not fussed where.

any ideas would be much appreciated.

Perth-y-Pia, perfectly positioned for both Bristol & Cov. Just north of Crickhowell.
There was a thread of suggestions a fortnight or so ago

Shining Cliff near Matlock. http://www.independenthostelguide.co.uk/selected-accommodation.php?area=918 Close proximity to M1/A38 easy access to M5/M6.

camping barn = bunkhouse (good)
showers = 3
possible small kitchen area = yes
allow us to bring and have our own BBQ = yes
allows out door fire ie fire pit - fire circle
Middle of no where ideal = feels remote
25 people max = 20 beds, possible to camp / bivi
cheap as possible nothing fancy

Cae Gywn Farm has a camping barn about 200m from Coed Y Brenin MTB..... Stayed before, basic, only sleeps 10 but has a massive campsite and B&B on the same site!

Booked to go back with 8 of us next month!

Barn farm camping near Matlock is a great place with plenty of riding nearby. It also has a sauna on site
