Intriguing. I don't really care either way about fox hunting or foxes, but I think I prefer Trad to Nu Skool all things considered.
I'm just about prepared to accept that sadism is not the main motivation of someone who goes to so much effort and wears odd clothes. 🙂

I think there's probably a difference between 'hunting' and 'chasing'.
I'm not sure whether many kiddies in Hyde Park would enjoy seeing dogs tearing a squirrel apart.
Although they might find one chasing a squirrel rather amusing.
There are ways to get round it anyway. I believe it is still legal to have the dog flush out the squirrels, and then to kill them with a giant owl. 🙂
Only if hunting with a giant owl can be described as falconry 🙂
