Bugger me, how many shots of expresso do Bella Italia stick in their coffees? Had one cup after a meal there yesterday evening and didn't sleep a wink last night.
Had the full works... jitters, nervousness, anxiety, insomnia, pounding heart. Finally easing off this morning.
