Looking to buy a used car after someone drove in to the back of mine. Seen an Citroen dealer advert for a car registered in 2009 but with a 56 plate on it. How is that possible?

Private plate which the previous owner had and they have not changed back yet ?

Could have just took the photos to get customers interested then sort the plate out after the holidays.

Private plate on the car. Could be worth money? 😆

Dunno. Wouldn't buy it though. So many cars out there, why would you buy something odd?*

*Like a Citroen? 😆

Ah! it's a 'cherished plate' according to the dealer.
