Tempted to buy a bike which is too far for me to view. If I pay with PayPal, am I covered if it doesn't turn up?

Payment protection cover is there (read the t&c's for the latest policy) and read the small print for the time frame you can claim..... also make sure its not stolen like another thread on here...
