Sat in Cardiff airport with a burnt cookie and latte from Ritazza of service station fame, wearing a £100 suit. CaptainFlashheart makes it sound so glamorous!

Think it be the Two Bob suit that ruined the moment.

Business travel sucks. This post coming to you from a hotel in St Helier, Jersey. On the brightside, I'm not wearing a £100 suit.

Only going to Edinburgh, so unless they go through with their BST experiment there won't be any jetlag 🙂

Nope, not glamourous! Quite often it's tiring, lonely, boring, with rubbish food 🙁

Fortunately occassionally it's fun, interesting, and takes me to places I'd never have to opportunity to go to otherwise (banquet dinner in Napoleon's Palace in Fontainbleu was particularly ace!)

Aaaah Barry International - the airport that time forgot. Possibly my least favourite UK airport. And that IS saying something!

What you doing in Edinburgh, and who let you in? 😈

Well, if you're going to go slumming it, then that's up to you I spose. 😐

Terrible. I am stuck in Santiago, Chile, about to do a lecture tomorrow, but on Thursday I will have a day off and will go up into the Andes. Came over on the plane with Liam Gallagher's new band, and had a beer with the roadies. I feel your pain. This business travel is not all it is cracked up to be!
