I use an @btinternet email address and it appears to have removed a load of emails from a sub folder I set up.
Does anyone know how to get in touch with them to find out what is going on? Their help pages don't offer any meaningful options.
Can they just delete emails after a time? (other subfolders still have emails in them from over 1yr ago, the missing emails are from between Dec 13 and Mar 14)
