seeing a band tonight @ Birmingham Town Hall.
Can anyone recommend a restaurant for me & the daughter (12 years old).
Both of us will eat most stuff.
Cheers,

I went to Bodega the other night, really nice - not sure if you need to book though.

Nosh and Quaff is right on the corner opposite and is meant to be good. As is Pure Bar and Kitchen

Bodega is also meant to be good. There's a churrascaria a bit further up too called viva brazil and also meant to be good.

There's a Wetherspoons close by too if all else fails.

Sadly the only one I've eaten in is 'spoons.

The town hall is well served for food TBH.

Nosh and Quaff, good burgers/ribs/lobster

Or there's loads if you just walk past the Library and onto Brindley Place

I'd be heading to Nosh and Quaff or the Chinese Chung Ying just along colmore row.

Nosh and Quaff is perfect and you'll get a table without any trouble.
Bodega is as good though you often need to book.
Buffalo and Rye is 2 doors from Bodega and does a cracking burger if that appeals.
Edit, Chung Ying is also good, cracking value there too.

All are within 5 mins walk of the Town Hall.

brilliant. THanks everyone.
I'll put it to SWMBO and we'll go with one of them.
