I've got my own personal website that comes with my subscription to Waitrose. I used to manage this with Microsoft Front Page, but I've changed computers and no longer have this. Is there good, free web editing software out there that is user friendly?
Any recommendations?

How about simply downloading a web template from an open source site such as oswd
and then edit the appropriate text to suit. I use textpad (also free) to edit any of the pages.
