I use fasthosts.co.uk for all my domain and email needs. No complaints and have used them for years...

You're not really doing him any favours there.
Normally that sort of thing is done in 5 mins, online, with no human contact, and it's VERY easy.
Why would I want to change that and deal with a Grumpy bloke instead ? 😉
