I would really like a smallish flatscreen for the bedroom with a built in blu ray to hang on the wall. My googling skills appear to be a bit lame....do these exist? Or is it only normal DVD?

I've only ever seen them with DVD not BR. For a small screen you don't need BR though - you don't even need 1080x1920.

I know you don't need it, problem is I've got lots of blu rays....and unless I'm having a blonde moment they don't work on standard dvd players do they?

Wifi capable ( DLNA ) TV and a NAS is another solution - you'll need to rip each disk with Handbrake first and copy them to the NAS.
