The picture is consistently jumpy but the sound is OK.
4 On Demand and live feeds to the Grand Prix via the BBC are fine.
Any ideas?

I found it needs a high spec PC for smooth playback. On my old desktop I can only watch programs downloaded to windows media player rather than the flash iplayer. Everything else, including downloaded HD works fine.

Download first and then playback, rather than stream?

I had problems on my laptop. The laptop is a work one and we have an enforced McAfee firewall on it. That prevents the iPlayer from working so I have to remember to turn it off if the missus wants to watch Holby

Uninstalling and reinstalling flash is another potential fix.
