Hi guys, I got myself a BB30 crank for my Rize, LBS are happy to push out the reducer that is currently in there, but I have no idea what else I need in terms of bearings? Our favourite auction site has some FSA bearings for 12 notes, but I don't know if that is enough? Do I need more gubbins?

Are there no bearings with the crank?
If not, you'll need the bearings & 2 c-clips ([url= http://www.parktool.com/blog/repair-help/bb30-bearing-system-installation-and-removal ]see the Park Tool page[/url]).
Apparently Cannondale put Loctite 641 on the bearing races before pressing them home to prevent creaking.

Thanks Andy, could not find that in an FSA kit, but I got a SRAM fixing kit, hopefully that will work.
