Why does the Junction in Baildon have a sign above each urinal in the gents saying "No waste in this urinal,it is for liquids only" ? What sort of waste are they referring to? Was in there this afternoon,and it's doing my head in as to what waste they mean that is so regularly left in the urinals that they have to have signs made and permanently mounted on the walls ?
