Morning all, just alittle reminder to weigh yourself and drop me a line over the next day or two (a good few of you already have, cheers!)

For info - combined start weight - 11320lbs, combined target weight 10113 = 1207lb target loss = an 11% average loss -v- start weight

I've been I'll all week, unfortunately i didnt lose my appetite so spent the whole week in bed eating cheese sandwiches and frijji milkshakes!
