Me and another guy have been trying to solve this urgent problem for a couple of weeks now, and it's holding up everything in a major way. I've come to London to work with him to sort it out. We're both in the dark, as it's related to stuff done by someone else or with products we don't know.
After two weeks of faffing about, it turns out that a different part of the team have already solved it 6 months ago, and they know all about it.
