A good idea gone bad!
In order to log into the NHS e-learning website I have to click on the 'log in' button on page one, which opens page two, on which I log in.
Once logged in, to do anything useful I need to click another button, thus opening the third window before I can actually do any work!
Bonkers!!

We've just had our email interface redesigned, because the original one was simple and easy to use and worked far too well, so obviously needed changing (WHY GOD, WHY).

Now, you have to click to login, which first gives you an error, so you have to refresh once or twice before it actually takes you to your email. Then you click reply, this opens a new window. If you want to attach something, this opens a new window too.

3 windows to send an email.

My wife frequently shops here...the physical shops look identical to the website.
