They're the same price - why not just go for the one which is recommended by them for your Apple?

I know nothing of Apple but,
I don't see why it shouldn't be. It's faster RAM so it'll be capable of running at a slower BUS speed if needs be. Whether or not it'll actually be any faster in your system is entirely dependent on what the chipset will go up to.

I am buying it second hand off a forum user, otherwise I would buy the recommended stuff.
