So I am looking after my cycling club's website. Inherited the website and host. I raised a support ticket with them Sunday evening. Usually they are very good and a human replies within an hour.
Tuesday morning. Still no response (apart from the automated support ticket email). Repeated prompts for an update ignored. Tried the only phone number on their website and it's going straight to voicemail.
Should I start thinking the worst? I've got regular backups so not worried about migrating the website to another host. Anyone know anything?
