Spent last night covering the fireplace wall of my living room with this....

What I should have been using was this........

The bog roll would have been more robust, less stretchy, less likely to tear and doesn't cost 40 quid a roll.

Talk about style over substance.

Living in a victorian house with lots of sloping ceilings and crazy angles, no straight lines or sharp edges, combined with more than 20 years in the construction industry learning from highly trained professionals have endowed me with wallpapering skills in excess of mere mortals. I've had a lot of practice under difficult circumstances.
I am , if you like , a wallpapering ninja.
I got mad skillz, yo!

But....
I'm just not up the job of hanging the worst wallpaper I've ever come across.

This morning I'm a broken man.... and I've still got 3 drops to hang tonight. ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

Crap paint too, which is a shame.

This is relevant to my (increasingly dull) interests). Who makes good wallpaper?

I see where you're going wrong. You're using wallpaper made by a recently hacked dating website.
