Just wondering if they're too heavy or the running will cause too much noise for it to be an option.

WHAT WAS THAT YOU SAID???

SPEAK UP I CAN'T HEAR YOU AS IT APPEARS THAT SOMEONE IS KNOCKING THE WALLS DOWN UPSTAIRS 😉

Ahh that's better you've stopped, just as bad as that time you took the turbo trainer upstairs and vibrated all the plaster off the ceiling.

the woman next door used to have one in her bedroom.

luckily she got rid of it before I killed her.

You could always try running outside instead.

Well it depends on how big the treadmill is. For example I am currently selling one which is 111kg and i wouldn't recommend popping that upstairs, but you can get lighter models which may be ok. Best bet is to give the manufacturer a shout.

You'll also need the de-rigour 80s shell-suit if you use a treadmill.
