These are currently 25% through British Cycling so thinking about getting one.
But do they actually work, anyone got any experience of them?

Ive got one that currently wakes me up at half 5 to go running. I like!
It also has a nice little beep incase you have burried your head in the pillow. I also use a back up alarm just incase.

Had one, sold it on here as it wasn't bright enough. Now have a large SAD light box on a timer switch: http://www.maplin.co.uk/sad-light-box-226759
