I'm heaviest I've been in 12 years now and looking to try and change my diet as 10 years of trying to out-train a bad one has had zero effect.
Noom seem to position themselves as the place to be to change eating habits for good as it tackles mental stuff as well as the calories.
Anyone tried it or know of anyone?
