Go for them all. Recruitment agents aren't like theatrical agents, they don't work for YOU they work for their clients. Agents need as many CVs as they can get.
So think like a plant spreading its pollen or seeds. Distribute your CV as far as possible. I'd probably stop short of air dropping copies of it over the City of London tho.
