Hi I have sold shoes to someone in Spain and for my protection would like paying as a gift but he has told me this facility does not appear on paypal.es can anyone confirm this please?

A gift can't be reversed, but if the original card they use for the payment is declined theres nothing you can do about it (as you can't file a dispute)
I was more concerned about a dispute than anything else, I didnt realise that the credit card transaction could be declined after it has already been paid
Yep.. I can pay via debit card, and because theres a delay in charging the card I could withdraw all the cash from that account before paypal get their lot!
Not that I do, but I found this out when I was a student, and sent payments a few days before my wages arrived!
