if so can you currently see sky sports channels? I can, and I don't subscribe to them....

EDIT: Its free this weekend I've just been told...

It's free on Sky. Whether it's free on Virgin or not, I don't know.

I wondered why I could watch Sky sports HD on my Virgin today. Although I get Sky sports package, I dont subscribe to the HD sports. I just thought Virgin had started giving it in the package, apparently not 🙁

I have noticed i have it, but can't really see anything on it to interest me, As long as Eurosport keep the cycling i keep Virgin.

1st impressions are very good
TiVo not as simple to use but does lot more than sky+
broadband is now 10x faster at 9.8mb
And get more channels (espn) and hd and multiroom for same price (this year at least)
This is coming from someone who had a huge falling out with ntl a few years ago which ended up in court
Customer service still seems crap though

Different box in different rooms so you can watch diff channels on two diff tv's sky call it multiroom and charge an extra£10.25 virgin it was free
We switched from sky on a special offer that expired end august
Is something like £23 a month for first 6 months for xl tv pack 10meg BB and phone (line rental extra) like I said that's w two boxes one a normal hd the other a hd TiVo
They also gave me £30 credit on account
After 6 months it goes up but I calculated same on sky would be £200 more expensive in first year
