I have a sharp pain in the ball of my foot, just behind the middle toes. Hurts when I run, walk, cycle. Dr Google suggests it's this ^^. Had it for numerous months now.
Any podiatrists in the house? Anyone like to suggest a treatment? Fictional or otherwise...
Should I elect for surgery?

I get it in my right foot since I had fusion surgery on my big toe. Steroid injection every so oftwen works a treat for me, but not for everyone. Last one was 3/4 months ago and that will hopefully keep it at bay till springtime.
Custom orthotics are often reccomended - I already have them though for my shonky knees !
