OK I know I'm being lazy but I am sure I have seen people on this forum before based in Wellington.
I'll be there for a few weeks from this weekend, will have my mountainbike with me - are there any group rides I can hook up with ? I'm reasonably fit for a girl and know the lay of the land a bit.
Quite keen to do the ridge ride along from Mt KauKau, can see it from my folks place in Wadestown. Tried it a few years ago when it had just been marked out, on my own, got blown off the bike twice and called it a day !
