If they have the email in their profile as a link then yes.

If only there was something in the "Forum Help" page. . .
[i]# If you want to make your email address available to other members you can place it in ‘profile info’ on your profile page. Note that this is viewable by non logged in people viewing the site. (fix for that planned!)[/i]
