Going on business next month and I want to take a new Decathlon Triban 3 for my Serb agent who goes cycling. Customs in Serbia are a pain in the bum but from my last visit to Zagreb I reckon it's likely to be a lot less hassle, also isn't Croatia a partial member of the EU?
